How do I receive my ticket – 1215 Pass after shopping online?

• If you don`t own a 1215 Pass yet...

  After your free registration at www.1215pass.de/en/ you can start shopping online. After your first purchase, you will receive a voucher with a code. You can keep it on your mobile device or print it out. If you use the 1215 Pass for the first time, please hand in your voucher at one of our cash desks at the ski resort Fichtelberg and you will receive your personalized 1215 Pass. Please note that all new passes have a 2,00 € deposit, which has to be paid upon collection.

• If you already have a 1215 Pass from you last visit at Fichtelberg...

  Register yourself on www.1215pass.de/en/ free and enter your 1215 Pass number*. Alternatively, if you are already registered, just log in. If you purchase an item from our shop, it will load directly onto your 1215 Pass. During your first entering of our turnstiles in the ski resort Fichtelberg the purchased item will be activated automatically.
